Timberline 850 has no power

Anyone experience no power to their Timberline 850? It's a little over a year old and when we came out to use it there is no response. No screen, no functions, nothing. Power outlet was checked ok. Is there a fuse someplace like we had on the original Treager?

Did you remember to turn on the main power rocker switch in the back of the pellet box? Not trying to be funny because I've done that before

Sometimes the power cable connection under the hopper will come out just enough to lose power.

I just tried to power up my grill, light on switch is on, nothing I can do to get it to power on, screen never turns on. I don’t see a fuse anywhere when I take out controller. Is it bricked? I have $100’s in wagyu beef that I got for Memorial Day, now it’s not working. Please help
