Have always smoked two racks using the 3-2-1 method and the ribs turn out great. Have never tried with three racks and wondering if I need to adjust times with the third rack?

I’ve cooked 4 racks of St Lewis ribs several times on my 780 Pro using 321 and they all did fine. I have a aftermarket grill grate that I suspend with half bricks above the main grate. Works like a charm.
