16 lb brisket and 7 lb pork butt goin low and slow tonight. Outside temp 29f. I couldnt find a good blanket so im wingin it.
turkey is in the fridge brining will go on the T about 9am tomorrow. These will get transferred to the reverse flow offset to finish.
