Temperature is slowly decreasing!

Help, please!!!!! My traeger is 3 years old. Temperature has never been at what the dial is set at. I understand that the temp will be lower, in colder weather, and that humidity will also influence it. Recently, when on the Max temp, I have a Pro 22, it will not get over 300 degrees. I clean the grill on a regular basis and the thermostat is clean. What can I do to get my grill to get to temperatures I need to start cooking again?

Id start with replacing the rtd. Thats what tells the controller what to do. Also make sure the auger is turning and the auger tube is not clogged up and make sure the fan is running.These are good places to start diagnosing the problem.
