Temp Swings

I am thinking about getting a new pro 780, and I am just wondering what the temp swings are and is the controller a pid like in the ironwood or should I expect a + - 15 degree temp swing.

The D2 system in the Pro/Ironwood/Timberline uses a PID controller. I have seen anecdotal word that the Pro swung more than the Ironwood/Timberline earlier in the year but I don't know if newer firmware has that corrected.
