Temp Probe problem

Hi Traeger World.
I have two Traegers and thoroughly enjoy eating the fruits of my labour. Thanks Traeger
I just purchased a Tailgater and can,t get the probe, warmer or timer to work. Are there any quick fixes or is this a warranty issue?

Got a Traeger 575 at Christmas time and love it. Kind of new to pellet smoking. Rib roast(s), ribs, burgers, steaks…. Tickled to death! Just got a Tailgater to take along camping in fifth wheel. Had some transport issues at first since it was a bit taller than I expected and was concerned...
