So...I'm going to smoke two chickens tomorrow using the Summer Shandy rub, pellets, and sauce....anyone have suggestions or thoughts? Should I brine? Marinade in italian dressing?
 
put some lemon slices and rub under the skin and think about Splitting the chickie cutting that backbone and laying them bones down
try s basil paste for even more summer fresh taste
