Friday night is pizza night. Since selling my Kamado I’ve have to go back to purchasing. Gave it a go tonight on the IronWood since it will reach 500 degrees. Homemade Stromboli tonight. Stuffed with ham, provolone, pepperoni, mozzarella and sauce. 14 minutes at 500. Turned out awesome. Loving this grill.

Looks awesome! I might have to give that a shot this weekend. I'm researching new recipes as I type for tomorrow night.
 
Had some leftover dough so I made a small pizza tonight. IronWood rocks right along at 500 without any issues. Sorry for the crappie picture.
