Starting from scratch, what are you buying?

I had a smoker at my parents house, and all the gadgets from them, but now that I'm on my own, I've got to restart!

If you were starting from scratch, what are you buying?

I think the new Weber Searwood XL or either upgrade to the Lone Star or Yoder. It annoys me the Weber only has 2 wheels though.

Starting fresh, I'd go with a good quality electric smoker like the Masterbuilt Bluetooth model.

Certainly, they can answer the question you asked: 'What are you buying?" However, I suspect the question you really want answered is "What should I buy?"

What tools did you have available at your parents home? What did you like or dislike about their setup? What do you hope to achieve with your new smoker? It is impossible for others to provide suitable advice without knowing your objectives.
