I like apple juice, but I normally don't drink it. I use it when smoking pork ribs or pork belly, but I always end up wasting the leftover from 1/2 gallon bottle purchased just for spritzing.
Then I came across the idea of using 100% apple juice from juice boxes. My local HEB sells this stuff for about 2 bucks. 8 packs of juice that have a long shelf life, each one an almost perfect amount for Q'ing when you need an apple juice spritz.
It sure beats running to the store when you need it and getting rid of the leftovers if you don't drink it.
