Hey peoples..I have a Treager Pro 780 and I find that I am not getting much smoke. I have no smoke coming out of the top. I have all these recipies that need to be cooked at 250-275 C and I do not see smoke. ??? Does anyone know why or what to do?
Then smoke between 165f to 190f for an hour or 2. Then turn up the temp to what its supposed to be set at for the cook. Higher temps wont produce the smoke for flavor.

Use one the right way and eliminate that "low temp hour" and cook your food faster... I'm getting one for short cooks and using my Smoke generator for med to long cooks
