Smoke only from pellet hopper

I have a model TFB65DVC. Recently I have only seen smoke coming from the pellet hopper. Smoke will come like its supposed to from the grill itself within the initial warm up stage, but after that smoke only comes from the pellet hopper. I’ve cleaned the grill well, taken all the pellets out of the hopper and cleaned the dust from the auger and refilled it, but it still happens. Today I took the grate, drip pan, and other thing out and turned the grill on. The auger was turning, pellets were being fed in, and the pellets were smoking like they were supposed to. When I put everything back in place and started it to smoke some ribs, same story—only smoke coming from the pellet hopper.

Your chimney must be blocked. Double check that and make sure the chimney cap isn't too low. Smoke from hopper could end up a very bad situation.
