So I just purchased a new 810 from Costco this month after cooking on a Big Tex Elite (BBQ075) for 7 years. I have pretty much mastered all meats on the Big Tex but Covid spared my vacation budget this year so I decided to upgrade. After my first 2 cooks, I'm now not sure if it was an upgrade or not due to inconsistent cooking temps across the grill. Anyway, the sales people at Costco described the Silverton as a cross between the Ironwood and the Timberline.
Can anyone explain the relationships between the 3 models in terms of likeness/differences?
