I have been having a hard time getting my silverton 810 to connect to WiFi. Was on the phone with Traeger for over an hour trying to diagnose the issue. Anyone else having same issue?

The issue is the App Device is defaulting to its preferred connection (5 GHz radio) while the WiFIRE Controller is sitting over on the 2.4 GHz radio ... so 2 choices ... go back to separate SSIDs (Network Names) for the 2.4 & 5, or temporarily disable the 5 GHz radio, re-run setup with the App Device connected to the 2.4 GHz radio now that the 5 GHz is shut-off, and after successfully completing the setup/pairing process and confirming you can monitor/control the WIFIRE Controller, re-enable the 5 GHz radio ...My guess is the Traeger can’t connect to the 2.4ghz one. If you separate the two networks you should be able to connect to the 2.4ghz one.
