In the middle of seasoning my 575 pro grill I was supposed to turn it up to 450’ for 20 minutes then shut down process. By mistake while turning it up to 450’ I shut it down. Do I have to start the process all over again or will the 350’ for the first 20 minutes suffice?

It wouldn't hurt to hit 350 and hold for a bit before going to 450 next time. Probably doesn't matter much as 450 doesn't seem to be a problematic high temp, like 500 has been.

I just seasoned mine tonight... 350 was really 375, and 400 was really 420...
Seasoning ISN'T a science nor is it a deal breaker, they just want you to burn off all their Factory oils and dirt..
ME? I cleaned mine before my first season... why not? took my SimpleGreen BBQ spray and cleaned a lot of surface.... got rid of tons of oil and dirt...

My suggestion to you is take your grill up to 400 slowly and sit it there for 15 minutes, take it down to the temp for your next cook and cook.
