Running Hot

Traeger running hot. Replaced fire pit
And RTD probe. Cleaned everything out and used new Traeger pellets. I set it to smoke and it
Climbs to 375 and I can’t maintain a level
temp for smoking.
Any suggestions?

Yeh that’s what I was thinking.

I replaced the control unit and so far it’s running great. Think it’s fixed now.
Outside temp is hot like 90 and humid and in direct sunlight.

Glad it's working! Sometimes the grills have trouble maintaining the lower temps when it's hot out and in direct sunlight. The controller has a minimum feed rate to keep the fire going. So there can be times where the temp won't go below a certain level when in full sun on a hot day.
