Picked up a BBQ 075 for a reasonable price. It’s spent it’s whole life setting outside without a cover. Got it home and cleared the auger jam and replaced the auger motor. Gave it a good cleaning inside and out. Upgraded the fire pot to a 9 hole stainless. Upgraded the controller to a Smoke Daddy Patriot wireless. Did the first cook on it last night. Temp held steady at 350 without any issue. Waiting on USPS to deliver the front shelf. Any ideas what I can use to bring the color back? This makes number 4 in my fleet of Traeger’s.

Try some paste wax, like Turtle wax. Try a small area, might have to do it a couple of time to get the oxidation off of it. If not might have to repaint.

Thanks. I’ll give it a try once the weather permits.
