Pro 780 only temp of 450?

Hey everyone, I am new here and just have one quick question. I picked up a pro 780 the other day, and one huge selling feature for me was the ability to reach 500F. But, both on the temp selection and on the app it seems to only allow to 450F. I’m not sure if I am missing something or not. Anyway, it’s not a deal breaker if I can’t reach that temp, just a bummer as even on the grill comparison on their website it shows that max temp is 500F.

Fritzy just so you know, I thing the good luck part was a little sarcastic, there are a couple of threads here now. The 500 degree is part of a software update that only some people have been able to get. It is hard to update to the new software version 2.01.00 but Good luck.
