Pro 575 error

I am getting the following message when trying to use my Treager Pro 575. I am slighty suprised and upset since i have only used it less than 4 times. The buttons on the control panel are not working either. Anyone ever get this? Thanks

Never seen that... Call Customer Support line....

but, unplug your rig, plug in and see if it resets... When does that message show up????

Can you hit the BACK button and go to the main screen and set Temp??

Thanks. I sent Treager an email but I will probably call too. Yes I have unplugged tons of times. Not sure how long it takes for that to show up. Maybe 15 mins. Its not right away. Some times the screen shows blank. A few times the screen just showed Treager but non of the buttons worked. No it would not allow me to go back or use any buttons. Very frustrating
 
Then you have a BAD controller IMO and Traeger CS will get on a skype like call and all you do is show them and they will send you a new one No Problem.
