So my pro 575 (D2 controller) is setting off the igniter disconnect “code” I ordered a new pot and hot rod from Amazon it said it was for my Traeger but of course the hot rod had the wrong connector, I cut the connector off and put the one from the old hot rod on, tested and got a 70 ohm reading, with power on I disconnected the wires from the back of the controller, went into clear notifications, turned the machine off and on a few times and still get the igniter disconnect. What do I need to do ????

Note: Quote in that thread
I just recently got this issue fixed. Finally communicated through customer support and found someone that knew what they were talking about. This is what fixed my igniter disconnect issue
  1. remove the front screws on the front of your controller
  2. find the red ad white braided wire and disconnect it and plug it back in.
  3. clear the notification.
This worked for me. I was told if it does give that igniter disconnect message after doing the above that if would mean the hotrod needs to be replaced.
