Pork Shoulder

Looking to make carnitas and my local store had pork shoulders on sale for pretty cheap. Was wondering if anyone had a good recipe? I will be using my Pro 780, thanks in advance.

Sorry but I just searched for Carnitas and found your question. I just cooked a 10lb pork shoulder for Carnitas Tacos last weekend with incredibly good results. Here is the link to the video/recipe that I used and my crowd of 12 people could not stop talking about it. Me too.
