New to Traeger family

hi everyone. Just received my new Traeger today. Haven’t even turned it on yet, but after putting g it together, I noticed there is about. 1/4-1-2 inch gap when the lid closes. Is this normal? Will it still hold temp?

Not normal - something is mis-aligned / bent / damaged ... would definitely reach out to Traeger Support via phone or email ([email protected]) ...

Welcome to the Traeger Forum @Leppie9 ? Mine a small gap at the corner, but not that bad. It doesn't seem to effect the unit holding temps.
