Hello from Michigan, I usually use charcoal to smoke a few times a year but I decided to take a chance and try the scout. Wanted something that is easier to control with less watching. After firing up the scout I had to change the p setting to 4 and that helped a bit. The chicken wings were smoking between 220F and 300F and they came out nice after 2.5 hours. I have never smoked brisket and I hope to try that soon at around 225-250F if the scout can stay low and even. How does corn on the cob work out? Looking forward to trying some new foods on the grill and learning here.

Welcome to the forum!

I did frozen (thawed) corn on the cob a couple weeks ago, drizzled EVO and sprinkled with Old Bay for the Cajun broil I did. The came out great. I can't wait till summer to do fresh corn on the cob!
