Welcome to the forum Leon, congrats on the new rig! I don't think you'll be disappointed. What pellets are you planning on using for the first cook?

I have a fruity blend I’m using for some ribs Saturday and on Sunday I’m going to make the coffee jerky off of Traeger a recepies. We’re HUGE coffee drinkers in our house! Lol.
