Hi everybody. I have a second-hand Traeger Texas (not a Pro or Elite) that is several years old, given to me by my late uncle (miss you, Uncle Bob). I've had it for a couple years and really enjoy cooking on it. I replaced the original controller with an Ortech due to wild temp fluctuations. I have a couple questions/issues that I'll post elsewhere but for now, I'm glad to have found this forum. Smoke on!
