Just fired up my new Traeger and cooked boneless chicken breast. WOW. Simply awesome. Should have purchased the Traeger a long time ago.

Have a pair of 575's (Trigger the Traeger, and Trudy the Traeger), and they have performed flawlessly since setting them up. They have left many people with miserable stomach issues from eating to much food. Welcome to the group.

Used Hickorypellets and the Traeger Chicken Rub. Best chicken ever. Moist, tender and simply delicious.
