My next-door neighbor and his most gracious family have been watching over my live-alone self during this multiple-asterisk 2020 CrazyYear.
I want to thank them with a batch of my Traeger’d Brisket Beans (locally moved to “OH, WOW!” status over three years and more than 20 cooks) and some (1st time ever) pork belly burnt ends.
i’m looking (and shamelessly begging) for a....
...bulletproof,..can’t fail...first time, every time...tried and true...Traeger‘d recipe for perfect 5.5 lb pork belly burnt ends.

look up Matt Pittman/Meat Church's YouTube video. I've followed his recipe before and it turns out great every time
 
I use the same one, but just the dry rub for me.
