Hey everyone,
I’m thinking of ways to slightly change up the flavours from the smoke.
Wondering if it would affect the Traeger if you were to chop up rosemary and add it to the hopper so when it feeds you get some of the rosemary flavour?
I don’t see there being an issue if you were to chop it up finely and even add the stalks.
The other option I thought is to either just add a bunch of rosemary/time in a bundle and pop it in the corners where there is more heat, or even just burn it in one of those smoke tubes.
