Low temperature problem

I have the new 575 Pro. I can’t get the grill to go below 200 degrees. In fact, below 220. In fact any temp set below 220 still heats to 220. Any help?

Being in FL I would think it's possible the ambient temp and/or direct sunlight could be a contributing factor. Just grasping at straws, I suppose if I were in your shoes I'd fire it up at nighttime and check its behavior before pondering the next steps.

There are a number of factors that can contribute to it running hot. Search the forums for posts relating to it.
