A serious shout out to this rub. This has a very interesting flavor.
I did chick breast fillets and 2 bacon wrapped sirloin fillets, yes both beef and chick in the same cook, and this rub was awesome on both.
I highly recommend you at least try.
Obviously YMMV (your mileage may very)

I think I may have two bottles of that, one smaller container from Walmart and a larger one from Costco.
You have yo try their BBQ Sauces. The sugar free (keto friendly) and organic sauces are very good.

I got the "jewels" to try it on my next brisket... I used my torch again on those bacon wrapped sirloins to finish the bacon and the rub barked up... it was very tasty

Enjoy that mustard sauce, they don't list it on their website. Maybe discontinued? They have a Cali Gold, but I couldn't see the mustard listed

That's the one.... it's a mustardy sauce compared to straight red BBQ

That is what the sugar free one I got is.
It has a very pronounced mustard flavor to it. It is great on pulled pork


I do like it, but will leave it for the girlfriend and her Keto regiment

I saw the regular Cali Gold at my grocery store (Meijer's). I will get it next time. Was looking for a suitable gold sauce for pulled pork. Thanks for the recommendation!

If you ask me this one is PERFECT for that, accept it don't deserve the word "cali" in it... that state don't know about BBQ
