Recent Century 885 D2 grill purchase at Costco. No option to search by grill model on Traeger’s website. Online rep says no official parts list with compatibility info available and to call them when I want them to look up a part or accessory number for replacement. Sounds really inconvenient. Why can’t I search for and purchase without getting customer service involved? Has anyone had any issues with this?

Hell, just take the grill back for a full refund and then go buy a regular one (non Costco) that will be slightly better in terms of performance and options. Won't have that issue with the non-Costco ones.

What’s wrong with nag with your C885? I have the same one I purchased last year in July.

Exactly! I ran into the same problem with my first Century 22 from Costco. Poor design on the heat shield when warped would not go back in the slot. Traeger ghosted me on it so I took it back to Costco for a full refund (after 9 months). It was a lemon anyway which would not work on the Smoke setting. The newer Century 22 works like a champ though.
