Issue Seasoning New Pro 575

Pro 575
Brought home a new Pro 575 today. Was doing the initial seasoning process. Primed the Augur and let a few pellets drop in. Took temp up to 350 and held it there for 20 minutes and then took the temp to 450 and instructions said to hold it there for 30 minutes. It had about 15 minutes left and was at 454 when I stepped into the house to take care of something. My alarm went off to let me know the 30 minutes was up and about 5 minutes later I went out to start the shutdown. When I got out there the temperature was at 275…..

Trying to figure out why I lost my temp.
Any ideas?

Lose wifi connection?
Full hopper?
What kind of pellets?
 
I suppose it’s possible that your pellets are bad or that you didn’t have enough in the hopper, but idk. What’s your internal probe look like? I know from reading here it’s easy to damage on the Pros during install.....and I actually just had to get Traeger to send me another one

idk just hoping to ask enough relevant questions where someone else can help lol
