For fathers day my wife and mother in law got me this treagar and I love it.
However I'm noticing I don't get a lot of smoke from the grill in cooking. I've read that cooking at temps around 225 F will give you that. But I've not found a way to adjust/change the temp while cooking. Is there a way to do this on this model?
