Ironwood 885 OR Costco: Century 885 or Silverton 810

Ironwood 885 OR Costco: Century 885 or Silverton 810. Very close in price so if price not a factor which model produces best flavor? Is super smoke a must?

The Century 885 gives you the same amount of grid surface area, but the Ironwood 885 will give you the most height in smoker and the right drip system, plus super smoke. I like the height as I smoke briskets & pork butts on the upper grid with a big drip pan filled with water underneath.

Would you happen to know if the Costco only mode Silverton 810 compares closely to the ironwood 885? I looked for specs and wasn’t able to find much.
