Induction fan

My induction fan will kick on on start up, but it will not continuously run. It only turns on on start up if I adjust temperature, it will not raise temperature because the induction fan is not kicking on. Would it be a bad controller?

What model or series is your unit? This would be helpful on trying to solve your problem. I am sure there are a number of folks on the site that may have experienced this same problem.
