Well got into pellets a few months back and picked up a pro 575. Then recently picked up a fireboard 2 and spark. I used it on 1 cook and so far pretty nice. I decided to put probes to rack left and right, then. On the bottom grate front left and back and front right and back. I had about a half hopper full so mine as well test it out
Blue dots are 165, 250, 400 and 500
Pretty neat to see graphed out. Only thing is at 165 it runs a bit hot. But honestly the grill prob for the pit that's installed on the side wall was bout 10 degrees off. Not to bad
