I want to do wings on my base model
Woodridge.
My nephews volunteered for me to bring wings to the SB Party.
Would anyone know how many wings a base model Woodridge will hold using both top and bottom racks?
I'll be using the O-400 Method.

A lot. How many do you think you need to make? They will get crispier and be easier to flip if you space them out though. If you really cram them, I wouldn't be surprised if you could fit 150-175 of them.

The person holding the party says he's expecting about 20 people.
So I think around 100 wings.

100 is a safe number for 20 people. Especially if there will be other food there. You'll most likely end up with leftovers, but that's always better than not having enough.

Something like this would make the cook and cleanup a lot easier: https://a.co/d/0fI6FA6z

That way you don't need to leave the lid open for so long to place all of the wings, sauce them, flip them, etc.

I'm not gonna sauce them for the simple reason I don't know everyone's preference.
Planning to have 4 different sauce options , that people can due on their own.
One option is the Traeger Carolina and Garluc sauce.
I had a couple if people reach out who have a desire to try it.
I like your idea of using two baking racks, one ontop, to easily flip the wings. I'll have ask the 'boss " if she has more. Lol
