How many 16lb briskets can fit on an Ironwood 650

Has anyone tried to book 2 16 pounders on a 650?

@amyers - I've done 5 so far on my IW650 and they've all been 14-16 lbs each. However, I've only done one at a time. I think you might be able to do two if you had one on the bottom and one on the second shelf.. I haven't actually done that cook with two though..
