How large a turkey do you think I can do on the Pro 575? Debating between two smaller turkeys (14lb) or one 24-26 lb turkey. Would prefer one if it would fit. Will be my first turkey on a traeger. My brother has done some in the past very well but it was the tailgater and smaller turkeys.
