Bought a 575 Pro 2 months ago. It was my first pellet grill / smoker. Last week bought another one, a 1300 Timberline. Bought a pork belly from Costco, cured it and threw it on 1300 today. Turned out pretty good. I would probably let cure 1 more day next time to get just a touch more salt in it. Had a third party temp probe for meat and ambiant. The meat probe was within 2 degrees of the Traeger one. The ambiant temp was 8 degrees cooler than the Traeger but I did have it on bottom rack where the factory one is higher.
