Hello all,
Just joined. I'm not an owner yet but I will be in the coming weeks. I'm looking at the Timberline units. I'm going back and forth between the 850 and the 1300. Been smoking meat for most of 30 years going between an Offset Bandera and a Weber Smoky Mountain. I've decided I want to do more, but don't have the time to tend the vents and baffles.
I'm a pretty ordinary guy. Registered Nurse, 1 wife, 1 son, 2 dogs.
