While there is only a light film of grease on the inside of the door on my Ironwood 885 the door seal at the bottom of the door is soaked with grease and dripping past the door edge. The dripping grease seeps out along the length of the door down the front of the barrel and onto my deck. Anyway to prevent this?

Are you using a water pan or something?

No, no water pan. Just a Traeger liner on top of the drip tray. I did wrap he brisket in paper when it hit 160 degrees.

This appears to be one of those cases where cleaning the lid is appropriate. Your build up is liquified during cooks and drips on the deck. Get the Traeger cleaner or another cooking safe cleaner and degrease that sucker.
