2nd cook done and all was great after Traeger forums help. Now I am checking Tex before I start my 180 day wet aged brisket in am and fuses are blowing. First thing to check? I need your help again

Usually if a fuse keeps blowing it means the amp load is to great. It could be you still have something binding at the auger or fan. Or a shorted wire in the wiring somewhere. If it does it at startup it could also be that the hot rod is drawing to many amps and blowing the fuse. I dont know if it would work, but you could try unplugging each system and starting the grill to see if it still blows the fuse. Which ever one is unplugged and the grill doesn't blow the fuse is the issue.

Ya Timmy I am just confused as Tex did 2 smokes then quit. It is the new auger motor it isn’t working but not blowing fuse. No augering. Will put old one back in and see wtf

update... bad new gear motor. Thing is they gave me a gear motor with a ground wire which my original did not have; it worked for a few hours then 💩the bed. The replacement(from our local Home Hardware) was the same as the original-no ground wire. It is now smokin🤞
