Anyone prefer this method of smoking brisket?

I'll try it my next brisket but I better not get a 'pot roast' result of sitting in too much juice.
It kinda has some common sense built into it so it is worth a try... I mean he did Guarantee this method so I'll just blame him

I’ve done quite a few that way. It works pretty good. I still prefer butcher paper and setting in foil pan but if I’m out of both I’ll do it that way.

It worked for me. Although I haven’t tried a paper wrap yet.-PH

I tried it once and it was fine, but didn't see much difference in the end product. I prefer to wrap it in paper.

Good enough for me, I like paper and you can obviously do the same thing, after wrapping, back in smoker with FAT UP. Rendered fat is rendered fat... I don't want my good rubbed bark side to get soggy. He claims it don't but if you also don't use HIS rub, then your bark might be totally different.
