Just did the Traeger Rosted Glazed Pork Chops. Oh my gosh. What a difference brining makes! The only thing I deviated from on the recipe was instead of the Traeger sauce I used Pampered Chef Raspberry Habanero Sauce which is delicious. This one is a keeper!

I’m new to Trager and pellet grilling and this is only the third thing I’ve made on my Traeger. I can honestly say it was the most tender, tasty and juicy pork chop I have ever eaten! I was literally gnawing at the bone! So delicious!
