I am doing my first brisket in my Traeger Timberline 1300. Trimmed and seasoned with Meat Church rubs. Will be smoking at 190 overnight then wrap in the morning. To be continued!

Thanks! It was at 190 for 12 hours. It is now wrapped smoking at 275. It appears to be almost finished with the stall. We shall see...Good luck....looks great so far!!!!
Mine took about 13 hours, but it was worth the wait
