Help! Error code HE r

Hello everyone I am having some trouble with my Traeger. Wondering if anyone has seen the error code HE r before? It happens every time I cook on low. Thanks in advance

I had the same problem today on my Pro 22. I think I’m going to disconnect my temp probe and wash it, I’m thinking it may be too coated with smoke residue.

Is this a common problem with temp probes? I didn’t realize they needed to be cleaned to be accurate like this. Can you just clean the tip without removing the whole unit?
