We just purchase the Traeger Pro and cooked 2 whole chickens for the first time. We cooked them on high for 1 hour 20 minutes as directed. White meat very dry. Ideas?
 
If doing whole chickens, I do a beer can chicken or I spatchcock them.

Either way, I cook them at 375 till the breast hits 160 internal. Juicy ever time.
 
The secret is to cook with a thermometer, that's the only way to know exactly where you are on the cook.
