Does Wifire allow me to light the grill and bring it up to temp remotely?

I am contemplating a 575 Pro with Wifire. One of the main features that makes it appealing to me is remote control of the grill. I've read a lot of information about being able to set alarms, adjust temps, etc. But for me, a required feature that would make the 575 Pro appealing vs other non-wifi options is the ability to start the grill remotely.

Can anyone tell me if that is possible with the Traeger app?

You cannot ignite the grill remotely but you can shut it down and do everything else you've mentioned.

IGNITE'ing the Traeger has to be done at the D2 WiFIRE Controller ... this limits butt igniting (or other potential snafus) from inadvertently starting up the Traeger with the cover on, etc. ... it is a safety measure to make sure that the IGNITE process is done intentionally versus accidentally ...
