Help! Dial temperature

Hi folks, new to the forum. Just purchased a Pro 780, primed the auger, ready to season. The dial won’t turn past 260. Stops there. The dial will continue to turn, but the temperature display max. Out at 260. Any suggestions? Thanks

Figured it out, for some reason it was on Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.. my apologies, I’ll be okay. Rookie mistake

I was thinking that when I read your post then you got it figured out. I’ve got a 78 and it happened to me on the first cook.
